When you request a trial, order a license, sign in with Google, email or Telegram, or recover access, the storefront may request an MT5 account number, optional account note, contact email or Telegram handle, and related order and license information. These details are used to process requests, provide access and respond to support issues.
The OrderCanvas EA from this storefront can send a diagnostics log when you press Send diagnostics in its settings, or automatically after a severe freeze (this can be switched off there). It contains the version, computer and chart load figures and slow-event timings, plus your license key and MT5 account number to identify the license; it does not contain passwords, positions, orders or prices. Once a day the EA also reads the public latest-version record from this site to show a new-version notice; that request carries no license key or account.
The site stores language and theme preferences in browser storage. Sign-in cookies keep your authenticated session. Google and Telegram sign-in involve those identity providers; any payments involve the selected payment network. Never provide your trading account password or private keys. Technical server and network providers may process connection information necessary to deliver the site.
